Our policy
Email hello@beyondspices.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it.
